Founded in 1984 by Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) graduate Spencer Morris, NitroTap Ltd began making wine dispensing equipment to satisfy the needs of local restaurateurs. As a full scale manufacturer the company has branched out to offer rapid prototyping, model making as well as promotional products for the Wine & Spirits Industries and yet NitroTap Ltd's focus has always remained constant with the end users requirements first and foremost.
